 Background

 I have worked in the Catering Industry since leaving collage. Working as a Specialist Diet Cook at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, before moving to Bolsover Community Hospital taking up the post of Assistant Head Cook then Acting Head Cook.  I then moved to a Residential Home in Worksop for Autistic Adults overseeing House Keeping & the Cooking of meals.

Once my son was born I gave up work to care for him full time & then I decided to become a Registered Child-minder which I’m still doing now 11 years later.
